Vanguard AU Integration

There is a connection option for 'Vanguard US' but no 'Vanguard AU'.I've tried connecting to the 'Vanguard US' option multiple times using my Vanguard AU credentials (cross checked them multiple times to ensure I was using the right username and password). But no luck. Is this a known issue, and is there a work around?
