CommBank (CBA) business account blocked during NetBank Open Banking connection

I’m unable to connect my CommBank business account to Redbark. I access this account through NetBank, not CommBiz. Steps taken: 1. Started the Australian bank connection from Redbark. 2. Selected CommBank and continued to CommBank’s Open Banking consent flow. 3. CommBank stopped the process before I could select an account. The CommBank page displays: “You’re unable to share right now. Your account or you may not meet the eligibility requirements.” It then directs me to contact CommBank and mention “Open Banking data sharing.” I checked NetBank under Settings > Data sharing > Open Banking data sharing, but I couldn’t find anything else I could configure to enable the connection. I called CommBank and spoke to support. They told me CommBank only permits data sharing with Xero and MYOB. It sounds like they may have been referring to traditional accounting-software bank feeds rather than CDR Open Banking through Redbark’s provider, Fiskil. Could you please check whether this is: - a known limitation affecting CommBank business accounts accessed through NetBank; - a problem with the CommBank/Fiskil consent flow; or - an account configuration that CommBank needs to enable? I’ve attached a screenshot of the exact CommBank error. Please tell me what information you need to trace the failed connection.
